Meanwhile, over at the Library of Congress, go look at their program Collaging with the Library’s Digital Collections. The main article is crammed with information and links and tools, so take your time exploring it. Direct link to the tool and to the free-to-use collections.

Remember, too, that the Library of Congress has tons of public domain imagery for you to STEAL FROM THE BEST.
