We’re safely enough into 2021 to take a peek at how well I met my 2020 Lichtenbergian Proposed efforts.

Spoiler alert: I didn’t.

Lichtenbergianism for Kids

All I had to do was scribble out enough illustrations to turn it into something appealing to the younger set. CME.

Untitled children’s picture book

I finished the text, but have done nothing to find an agent, publisher, or even illustrator. CME

Labyrinth

I had hoped that all those projects I didn’t do in 2019 in the labyrinth, I would surely accomplish this year. CME

As You Like It

Despite the fact that we pulled the plug one week before opening, I’m going to say that by george I accomplished this one. It was beautiful.

Alchemy

I was going to do Placement one more burn to solidify the footprint in everyone’s brains, but of course we canceled the burn.

I’m actually working on this. I have a plan.

This is more or less me having to bite the bullet and risk rejection by putting it out there. Wish me luck.

Labyrinth

Since the labyrinth is going to be on the Tour of Homes in October (between burns!) surely I will accomplish all those projects this year.

Alchemy

I’m going to do Placement one more burn to solidify the footprint in everyone’s brains, and then I shall step back and just lug 12 tubs of equipment to and fro rather than be in charge of all the hippies’ hopes and dreams of shade and quiet.

GALAXY Project

I’m going to, along with Turff, mastermind the creation and installation of the GALAXY Project, a 100-ft long light art installation at Alchemy.
